Intro to Tumbling - Designed for our beginner athletes! Athletes will use drills and stations to learn the fundamental movements required for tumbling. Requirements: none / Skills learned: rolls, handstands, cartwheels, round-offs, back-bend.
Level 1 Tumbling - Pre-requisites: Forward rolls, back rolls, handstands, cartwheel, round-offs, backbend; Athletes will use drills and stations to focus on learning a front walkover and back walkover, as well as perfect a round-off. Skills learned: bridge kick overs, back limber, back walkovers, front limber, front walkover
Level 2 Tumbling - Athletes will begin to work drills for a back handspring. Athletes working beginner back handsprings, working to connect BHS, standing BHS, etc. Skills learned: Back handspring, Front Handspring, round-off back handspring. PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND THIS CLASS IF YOU HAVE NOT MASTERED LEVEL 1
Level 3 / 4 Tumbling - Athletes working Level 3/4 skills. This is for athletes who have mastered all of level 2 and working on tucks, front tucks, aerials, layouts, etc.
Flyer / Stretch Class is class is for any athlete interested in increasing flexible body positions. The primary focus of this class is achieving proper, more flexible body positions for flyers.
Jump / Stretch Class will strengthen your core while increasing your overall strength, speed, and vertical jump. Toe Touch, Hurdler, Pike, around-the-world, double jumps, jump combinations / series of jumps, etc.
Cheer Class is an entry level cheer class that provides the whole cheer experience! Kids ages from 6 - 18 years old will learn jumps, stunts, motions and basic tumbling over the duration of the session.

Billing is based on the number of lessons per month in each given month. For example, if your child has class on Monday and there are 4 Mondays in a given month, you will be charged the 4 class per month rate for that month. If the following month, there are 4 Mondays in a month and the gym will be closed for a holiday on one of the Mondays, you will be charged the 3 class per month rate for that month.
We do not refund tuition for missed classes and missed classes must be made up within the same month.
